For those who demand a setting so unique and exquisite that it’s awe-inspiring – select the Lone Star Palace, a 2,400 square foot Penthouse with a 2,000 square foot outdoor terrace deck overlooking the Alamo. Consider more traditional but also magnificent wedding locations such as our ballrooms – the Rio Grande and the Regency.  For more intimate gatherings with sophisticated style, choose from any of our event rooms, or our delightful garden terrace.  Altogether, 40,000 square feet of event space awaits your careful consideration.  At Hyatt Regency San Antonio, we look forward to assisting you with wedding planning, on- and off-premises catering and, of course, our renowned world-class service.


To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.


B Level
Regency Ballroom
This elegant, spacious ballroom offers 10,700 square feet of interior space for the truly discerning client.  Graciously host a grand reception for 1,080 people or invite a guest list of 850 to a formal dinner.  Divide the space into three sections for smaller parties.  Regency Ballroom also offers the use of a 2,800 square foot foyer. 


Rio Grande Ballroom
An uncompromisingly beautiful venue, this ballroom offers 4,264 square feet of sophisticated interior space for stylish events.  Entertain up to 310 guests at a formal seated banquet or invite more than 450 people to your grand reception.  A spacious 924 square foot foyer offers additional space.


Guadalupe
Guadalupe Banquet Hall measures 33 feet by 20 feet, providing approximately 660 square feet of fashionably contemporary interior space.  Entertain 60 guests in a formal banquet or 110 guests at a unique reception on the world-famous Riverwalk.


Medina
The Medina Event Room offers 720 square feet of elegant space.  Graciously accommodate as many as 60 for a formal seated banquet or 110 for a reception.


Rooftop Level
Lone Star Palace Penthouse
The best kept secret in San Antonio, Lone Star Palace is one of the most distinguished and unique event venues in the State of Texas or the world. Directly overlooking the historic Alamo with the Tower of the Americas rising in the distance, this 2400-square-foot venue is embellished with contemporary Texas flair, plush furnishings and elegant contemporary décor. The rooftop penthouse offers both luxury and comfort for relaxation and entertaining guests.  Enjoy the use of a 2000-square-foot outdoor terrace deck, full catering kitchen and oversized outdoor grill. For an intimate private gathering, the elegant dining room table can seat as many as 20 guests.

Terrace Deck
For a grand, one-of-a-kind affair, our notable terrace deck will allow you to entertain groups up to 150 in a sophisticated outdoor setting.  The stunning rooftop view of the Alamo that is afforded by our terrace deck has been featured in several leading publications.  The inspiring view will delight you and your guests alike.  Events held at dusk or night-time are especially beautiful – with twinkling city lights, a rare illuminated view of the Alamo and grounds, and a bird’s-eye view of the Tower of the Americas.

Outdoor Venues
Garden Terrace
Our elegant Garden Terrace measures 64 feet by 44 feet and offers 2,816 square feet of classy outdoor space.  Entertain 180 guests for a casually sophisticated seated banquet.  Overlooking the 16-story Atrium with its tranquil pool and posh interior design, this open terrace and verdant garden will accommodate up to 250 people for a remarkable reception.


Lobby Level
Chula Vista Event Room & Boardroom
With more than 1,260 square feet of inviting interior space, the Chula Vista Event Room accommodates 110 for a formal banquet or 185 guests for an elegant reception.  Host a meeting with your bridal party in the adjacent, newly renovated Chula Vista Boardroom.


First Floor A-Level
Frio
Frio Event Room offers 587 square feet of welcoming space to accommodate 40 guests for a formal banquet or 70 in a stylish reception.  Frio offers a lovely setting for more intimate ceremonies.

Nueces
Nueces Special Event Room offers 574 square feet of interior space for small to medium-sized weddings and events.  Enjoy a fine banquet for 40 people or a host a reception for as many as 70 guests. 


Blanco
Blanco Reception Hall measures 31 feet by 24 feet, with 744 square feet of spacious interior.  This event room comfortably accommodates as many as 50 guests for a formal banquet.  Invite 70 guests to your elegant reception. 


Llano
Our Llano Event Space measures 28 feet by 24 feet and offers approximately 672 square feet of stylish interior space.  Comfortably entertain up to 40 guests at a formal banquet or 70 in a reception. 


Pecos
Pecos Room offers 624 square feet of inviting interior space.  Accommodate up to 70 for a formal banquet or 70 in a fashionable reception in this event space on the famous River Walk. 


Directors
Entertain 40 guests at a formal banquet in this 528-square-foot event room.  The Directors Event Room measures 24 feet by 22 feet and accommodates up to 50 guests for a reception.


Live Oak
Live Oak Banquet Hall offers 1,392 square feet of elegant interior space.  Host a fine banquet for up to 110 guests or a reception for 185 guests. 


Mesquite
Mesquite Reception Hall measures 24 feet by 19 feet, with 506 square feet of interior space.  Accommodate a guest list of 40 for a banquet or 55 for a reception. 


Pecan
Discover 1,034 square feet of inviting interior space in our Pecan Event Venue, with room dimensions of 21 feet x 43 feet.  Invite 80 guests to a formal banquet or 140 to your reception.


Losoya Conference Center
The recent multi-million dollar renovation and expansion of our hotel event facilities added an additional 8,000 square foot special event / conference center to our portfolio. Located across the street from the hotel, this venue boasts new contemporary design and well-arranged spacious interior. Enjoy all the amenities and outstanding services for which Hyatt Regency is renowned, along with easy access to our hotel, the Riverwalk and the historic Alamo.

Navarro
Navarro Room measures 30 feet by 48 feet and provides approximately 1,400 square feet of elegant interior space.  Entertain up to 110 guests in a formal seated banquet arrangement, or invite a guest list of 150 for a reception. 


Bowie
Entertain in style in our Bowie Banquet Hall, with 2,278 square feet of inviting interior space.  Accommodate 180 guests for a lavish formal banquet or 250 guests for a reception.  Divide the Bowie Room into five different setups: Bowie A, Bowie B, Bowie C, Bowie A/B & Bowie B/C. l.


Seguin
Enjoy 840 square feet of interior space in the Sequin Room.  Measuring 21-feet by 38 feet, this event space will accommodate up 70 guests in a formal banquet setting or 90 for an elegant but demure reception. 


Maverick
Maverick offers 1,850 square feet of space and can accommodate as many as 200 for a reception.  Host an elegant banquet for a guest list of 150.
