At Hyatt Regency San Antonio, we know that every wedding – large or small – involves a many details to be looked after.  Allow our expert staff to handle all the details of your wedding and reception – from flowers and music to ice sculptures and the cake-cutting service.  Reap the benefits of our many years of experience and our network of resources while you relax and enjoy your special celebration to the fullest.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.  

Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our wedding sites can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency San Antonio can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-Visual equipment
Our on-site audio-visual experts, SWANK Audiovisual, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Ice Sculptures
Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.

Parking
Valet parking is available for your wedding guests.

Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding. Points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.

Pricing
All food and beverage charges listed are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.

Decorations
Decorations or displays brought into the hotel must be pre-approved by the hotel. Any hotel property damage is the responsibility of the client.

Linens
The hotel has a variety of linens at no cost to you. Specialty linens may be rented from outside vendors. Consult with your wedding planner for options.

Guarantee
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
